All items are handmade and carefully inspected before shipping.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • Domestic: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We recommend monitoring the tracking information for delivery updates.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Keep all packaging materials

We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if damage is confirmed.

Return & Refund Policy

Handmade & Natural Variations

All LotusCraft products are handmade using natural materials.
Slight variations in color, texture, grain, weave, or finish are part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Each piece is unique.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • Photo or video proof is provided

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor natural variations

  • Personal preference

Refund Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (PayPal)

Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for refund processing.

Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to confirmed damage or defect, we will cover return shipping.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Custom & Sale Items

Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items are non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping.
